Greg Lundberg Celebrates 15 Years with Fortifi Bank
Fortifi Bank proudly celebrated President & CEO Greg Lundberg’s 15th anniversary with the organization during a special gathering. Members of the Board of Directors, Fortifi leadership, and representatives from the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) attended to recognize Lundberg’s decade-and-a-half of leadership, community commitment, and impact on the bank’s continued growth.
“For 15 years, Greg has been a truly transformative leader,” said Russ Kuehn, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “His vision, his energy, and his deep dedication to the communities we serve have shaped Fortifi Bank into the strong, people-first organization it is today. We are incredibly fortunate to have him at the helm.”
Lundberg joined Fortifi Bank (formerly 1st National Bank) in 2010, bringing with him extensive experience from previous roles at other banks. He was appointed President & CEO in 2019 and has since led major initiatives that have strengthened the bank’s financial performance, expanded its presence, and reinforced its mission of Growin’ Wisconsin.
“Greg’s commitment to community banking and the relationships he builds with clients, employees, and local partners is exceptional,” said Rose Oswald Poels, President & CEO of the Wisconsin Bankers Association. “His leadership makes an impact not only at Fortifi Bank, but throughout the entire Wisconsin banking industry.”
Under Greg’s leadership, Fortifi Bank has experienced significant growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and increased community reinvestment. He continues to serve the industry as vice chair of the WBA Board of Directors and numerous other statewide initiatives.
“It’s an honor to be part of such a dedicated, community-driven organization,” said Greg Lundberg. “Fortifi Bank’s mission and people are what make this place special, and I’m grateful to continue serving the communities we call home.”
