Backpacks, Pencils, and Purpose: Fortifi Bank Joins the 2025 Operation Backpack Drive

At Fortifi Bank, our commitment to community goes beyond banking. It’s about showing up, pitching in, and being part of something bigger — and Operation Backpack 2025 was a perfect opportunity to do just that.

This summer, we proudly joined the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area’s Battle of the Businesses school supply drive. As a collection site and enthusiastic participant, our Fortifi Bank branches helped gather 1,199 individual school supply items to support local youth heading back to school this fall.

Branch Contributions:

• Green Lake: 419 items

• Depot: 402 items

• Berlin: 269 items

• Ripon: 109 items

Together with other local businesses, the collective impact was incredible — 10,376 items were donated across the region. These supplies are going directly into the backpacks of over 420 local students, giving them a strong and confident start to the school year.

While we didn’t win the top spot in the competition, we consider this a big win for our communities. The generosity we witnessed from team members, clients, and neighbors proves once again that when we work together, amazing things happen.

We’re already looking ahead to next year’s Operation Backpack — and we plan to come back even stronger!
