Fortifi Bank Finances Millwork Distributors Expansion in Oshkosh
Oshkosh, WI – November 6, 2025 – Fortifi Bank is proud to announce its partnership in financing the expansion of Millwork Distributors Inc., an employee-owned company headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The groundbreaking marks a major investment in local manufacturing, job creation, and community growth – reinforcing Fortifi Bank’s mission to help Wisconsin businesses thrive.
The expansion project will add 23,000 square feet of new warehouse space, remodel the office façade and entryway, and expand the team breakroom and customer Will Call area. Additional improvements include new restrooms, increased parking capacity, and upgraded landscaping to enhance both employee and client experiences.
Upon completion, slated for Second Quarter 2026, MDI anticipates adding 6–8 new warehouse positions, with potential growth of up to 10 new employees.
