  • To access Tele-Line, dial 877.227.4320 and follow the prompts*
    • At any menu, you can do the following:
      • To end the call: Press #
      • To replay the current menu:  Press *
      • To return to the previous menuPress **
    • If you are calling from a touch tone phone: Press 1
      • For Account Information: Press 1
      • To Activate your Card: Press 2
      • To Transfer Funds: Press 3
      • To Report a Lost or Stolen Card: Press 4
      • To Change Your Telephone Banking Personal Identification Number (PIN): Press 5

*If you are a first-time user, you will be asked to enter the last four digits of your social security number.  You will then be prompted to provide a new PIN.
